KAOJewelry.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for Full refund within 30 days based on our Guest Return and Exchange Policy.

• Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 15 days from the purchase date for watches.
• Jewelry must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition including tags with all original accessories.
• Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
• To return, used, worn items, or returning unused items after 30 days from the purchase, you need to contact us first and provide us with reason. In some cases, we may accept return for Full refund, or maybe we partly refund you after applying re-stocking fees. It depends on items condition, time, and reason for return.
• Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, class rings and engraved items.
• Refunds with be issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
• Gift returns can only be exchanged or converted to an online store credit balance.
